Entoto Park, initiated by the idea of Hon. Prime Minister Dr. Abiy and under his special supervision on September 30, 2012, and inaugurated by His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed with great pomp and ceremony on September 30, 2013, is a park located on the great Entoto Mountain, serving as a preferred tourist destination for domestic and foreign visitors. Entoto Park is one of the Entoto Mountain Range; It is a high (3200m) place that allows you to see the entire city; It is covered with forest; Beautiful; It is a very attractive place with a natural landscape and attractive scenery; a refreshing and healthy breeze; a place suitable for group and individual mountain running and mountain climbing; and a 14-kilometer paved internal road for hiking.
Entoto Park, for example, includes the Amphitheater and the Sewe Eresh Dam, which were built entirely at the government's expense, as well as private institutions such as AA University, Kuriftu, Zoma Village, Fresh Corner, Mama's Kitchen, Qatege, Kalidis Cafe, Tomuka Coffee, Vilos Cafe, Sava Art Gallery, Ethio-Circus, Victory Sports, Berhan Clothing and Design, Green Gold, Sosida, and Kaku Mame, which are used and provided by private investors for cafes, restaurants, horse riding, spas and dormitories, children's playgrounds, horse riding, meeting halls, sports activities, clothing fashion and design, art and crafts, reading, etc., where private organizations such as the government work together.
